Following the participation of the Oeiras delegation in a meeting at the Consulate-General of Portugal in São Paulo, a welcome reception was held on March 18 by His Excellency the Consul-General of Portugal in São Paulo, Ambassador António Rodrigues, at the Consulate-General’s Official Residence in Jardim América. These meetings represented a significant milestone in strengthening relations between Oeiras and Brazil and, in this particular, São Paulo, consolidating strategic opportunities for investment and institutional and business cooperation.
At the end of the second day of meetings held as part of the Mission to Brazil organized by OVIA, and as a gesture of honorable hospitality and consideration, His Excellency Ambassador António Rodrigues invited the Oeiras delegation to a welcome reception at his Official Residence.
This event, held in an atmosphere of proximity and strategic dialogue, provided a valuable opportunity for networking and closer institutional relations, fostering new synergies and collaborations between Oeiras and São Paulo. The reception also reinforced the importance of strengthening economic, business, and institutional ties between Portugal and Brazil, promoting Oeiras as a hub for innovation and investment and creating renewed prospects for developing business and partnerships between the two countries with deep-rooted and long-standing historical and diplomatic relations.
