On March 5, the Chairman of the Board of OVIA, Ambassador António Martins da Cruz, was in attendance as a Speaker at the “Executive Breakfast” of APPII – the Portuguese Association of Real Estate Developers and Investors.
This initiative of the Association, which consists of a series of executive breakfasts aimed at APPII members, leaders in global real estate development and investment that are active in Portugal, and other participants, comprises informal, wide-ranging, and open conversations on the topics presented.
Ambassador António Martins da Cruz gave a speech on the theme: “Oeiras: innovation, quality and investment”, during which he stated: “We want to create an ecosystem of innovation, science, and technology” and that Oeiras intends to attract investments of 400 million by 2026. The “Executive Breakfast” was also attended by the former Director for Territorial Planning, Urban Development, and Environment (Municipality of Oeiras), Architect Luís Serpa who presented a portfolio of opportunities in the real estate sector.
