On 22 July, OVIA attended the concert and dinner hosted by the Embassy of the People’s Republic of China in Portugal, an institutional gathering that brought together diplomatic and business representatives, as well as representatives of various Portuguese and Chinese organizations.
OVIA’s participation in this institutional event forms part of its strategy to strengthen relations with China and build closer ties with relevant partners and stakeholders in the Chinese market, continuing the Investment Agency’s work to build bridges between Oeiras Valley and international ecosystems of investment, innovation and economic development.
The initiative was particularly significant following OVIA’s participation, throughout July, in the Thematic Capacity-Building Seminar of the Forum for Economic and Trade Cooperation between China and Portuguese-speaking Countries on the Green and Blue Economy, held in Beijing and Xiamen, further strengthening the continuity of institutional and economic dialogue between the Investment Agency and the China–Portuguese-speaking countries ecosystem.
