As part of the “Macau-Portugal Economic and Trade Cooperation Promotion Session”, held in Lisbon on 20 April, OVIA signed a Memorandum of Understanding with the International Commercial Association for the Lusophone Markets (ACIML).
The agreement was signed by Ambassador António Martins da Cruz, President of OVIA, and Dr Eduardo Ambrósio, President of ACIML, with the aim of strengthening institutional and business cooperation between Portugal, Macau, China, and Lusophone markets.
The Memorandum provides for the development of joint initiatives in the areas of investment promotion, business internationalisation, and the enhancement of economic relations between Portuguese-speaking countries and the Chinese market.
