On July 24, OVIA’s Secretary-General, Tiago Sousa Dias, and OVIA Consultant, Architect Luís Serpa, took part in an online meeting with a company in the construction materials sector that is evaluating the installation of a new business unit in the municipality of Oeiras.
The meeting provided an opportunity to gain a clearer understanding of the project’s requirements and to review potential locations within the area, considering factors such as accessibility, visibility, urban planning context, logistics, and operational feasibility.
Through its technical support and network of contacts, OVIA will continue to assist during this preliminary analysis phase, seeking to identify opportunities that can meet the project’s needs and help enable its potential implementation in Oeiras.
