Oeiras’ potential to host international initiatives was the focus of a meeting held on October 27 at the Oeiras Valley Investment Agency’s headquarters with representatives of an international conference.
The meeting provided an opportunity for an initial discussion about the possibility of holding the event in the Municipality of Oeiras, exploring its potential connection with the local ecosystem and the conditions that could support its realization.
The international conference, which brings together the sports and corporate sectors, offers an opportunity to connect different communities, foster networking, and create new opportunities for participation and engagement. In this context, OVIA contributed to assessing Oeiras’ potential as a host destination, considering its infrastructure, business ecosystem, and ability to mobilize local partners.
The meeting forms part of the Agency’s ongoing efforts to identify and promote initiatives that can create value for the municipality, raise its international profile, and strengthen connections between the business community, sports, and other sectors of society.
OVIA will continue its dialogue with the event organizers, helping explore the conditions required for the potential development of the project in Oeiras.
