Cooperation between Portugal and Brazil gained new momentum with the formalization of a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) between OVIA and the São José dos Campos Technology Park Association (PIT SJC). The signing of this agreement on August 20 represents a strategic step toward bringing together two important innovation ecosystems and creating new opportunities for international collaboration.
OVIA was represented at the signing by Dr. João Pedro, of Teltex, reinforcing the organization’s commitment to building bridges between companies, investors, institutions, and entrepreneurs in both countries.
More than a formal agreement, the MoU symbolizes a shared vision of the potential of international cooperation to accelerate innovation, business, and investment. By bringing the Oeiras ecosystem closer to one of Brazil’s leading technology hubs, the initiative creates conditions for new connections among companies, investors, entrepreneurs, and institutions.
Through this closer relationship, OVIA and PIT SJC are building a bridge between two ecosystems that share a common ambition: to transform knowledge, innovation, and entrepreneurship into concrete opportunities for growth.
