Oeiras moves forward with preparations for the 2026 Ocean Forum

On February 9, another preparatory meeting was held for the upcoming edition of the Ocean Forum, the international event dedicated to innovation and the sustainable blue economy that takes place annually in Oeiras. The session once again brought together representatives from public and private entities involved in the organization, with the aim of aligning the next steps and strengthening the ambitions of the event, which seeks to consolidate Oeiras as a leading hub for investment and ocean-related technologies.

The Ocean Forum, organized by Fórum Oceano in partnership with OVIA and several institutions, focuses on topics such as marine technologies, clean energy, artificial intelligence applied to the ocean, and international cooperation. The event brings together business leaders, policymakers, and experts to discuss these themes and foster business opportunities within the sustainable blue economy.
