On August 31, OVIA and the Federation of Saudi Chambers (FSC) signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) in Oeiras aimed at strengthening economic and business cooperation between Oeiras and Saudi Arabia.
The signing ceremony was attended by the Deputy Mayor of Oeiras, Francisco Rocha Gonçalves, OVIA President, Ambassador António Martins da Cruz, and Secretary-General of the Federation of Saudi Chambers, Sultan Mohammed Al Musallam.
The agreement establishes a new institutional link between Oeiras’ business ecosystem and one of Saudi Arabia’s leading business organizations, creating opportunities to promote investment, connect companies, and foster new business and internationalization opportunities.
For OVIA, this partnership represents another step in building an international network capable of connecting Oeiras with new markets, investors, and strategic partners, further strengthening the ambition to position Oeiras Valley as an international platform for innovation, investment, and business development.
