In a meeting facilitated by the Office of the Municipality of Oeiras City Councillor, Mr. Pedro Patacho, OVIA hosted Spanish investors from the company Sevilla Falcons at the Oeiras City Council offices, who are looking to invest in the municipality, in an area yet to be determined.
The meeting, which took place on June 21, was attended by City Councillor Mr. Pedro Patacho, OVIA’s Chairman of the Board, Ambassador António Martins da Cruz, and the former Director for Territorial Planning, Urban Development, and Environment (Municipality of Oeiras), Architect Luís Serpa, who presented the portfolio of existing investment opportunities in Oeiras, in the business, tourism and residential spheres.
Oeiras is a municipality whose recent economic development has been based, to an extent, on the integrated structuring of medium and large-scale business location projects that have been supported by the municipality, which maintains an active strategy in promoting investment opportunities to national and international investors who wish to invest in Oeiras in a win-win dynamic, simultaneously benefiting their organizations, the municipality and its local population.
