On April 28, a strategic meeting was held between the Mayor of Oeiras Municipality, Isaltino Morais, and the President of OVIA, Ambassador António Martins da Cruz, dedicated to the strategic planning of Oeiras’ future Congress Centre.
The meeting allowed both parties to review the development of this structural project for the municipality, designed to strengthen Oeiras’ capacity to host congresses, international conferences, corporate events, and initiatives linked to innovation, science, technology, and investment.
The future Congress Centre is part of Oeiras’ strategic vision to establish itself as a global hub for knowledge, innovation, and investment attraction, creating new conditions to welcome high-level international events and enhancing the municipality’s economic competitiveness.
OVIA will continue to actively collaborate in the development of this ambitious project, which is considered essential for the international projection of Oeiras Valley.
