On February 9, an online working meeting took place between OVIA and Quest Capital, within the framework of presenting and contextualizing a set of real estate projects located along the Oeiras–Lisbon axis.
Representing OVIA were Tiago Sousa Dias, Secretary-General, and Architect Luís Serpa, former Director of Urban Planning at Oeiras Municipality. The session provided an opportunity to further explore the strategic positioning of the identified projects, clarify their respective urban planning context, and reinforce Oeiras’ standing as a highly attractive territory for qualified investment.
During the meeting, discussions focused on development potential, territorial framework, and the municipality’s business dynamics, highlighting the structural role of the Oeiras Valley ecosystem, where technology hubs, research centers, multinational corporations, and high value-added services coexist.
The meeting marked an initial alignment between the entities, paving the way for a more detailed analysis of the opportunities presented and for potential future developments within the scope of strategic real estate investment in the municipality.
