On 23 February, the Chairman of the Board of OVIA, Ambassador António Martins da Cruz, took part in the presentation session of the Preliminary Information Request (PIP) for the subdivision plan of the Fundição de Oeiras, held at the premises of the former Oeiras Metallurgy and Metal Construction Factory.
The session was presented by the Deputy Mayor of Oeiras, Francisco Rocha Gonçalves, who outlined the strategic framework of the redevelopment and transformation project for this emblematic area of the municipality.
The Fundição de Oeiras represents a territorial asset with significant potential for urban and economic transformation, integrating into the broader vision of consolidating Oeiras as a territory of innovation, creativity and business dynamism.
