Oeiras Valley Investment Agency is a private not-for-profit association, created in March 2022, with the mission of attracting investment and promoting economic growth in Oeiras.

We aim to gather the better part of the municipality’s enterprises and other stakeholders, working together to promote
state-of-the-art innovation and to foster a thriving business environment that attracts and retains top organizations and talent.

Our vision is to help Oeiras Valley consolidate its position as a unique ecosystem of innovation, technology, creativity, and science, while contributing to the sustainable future of the region, the country and the World.

Our short-term objectives build on an active promotion of Oeiras Valley in Portugal and abroad, in order to:

• Attract national and international investment.
• To help existing business expand internationally.
• To promote local entrepreneurship and technological innovation.
