On October 22, OVIA signed a cooperation agreement with the Macau Construction Industry Association (MCIA), strengthening its strategy of building relationships with international business organizations and promoting new opportunities for collaboration between Portugal and Macao.
The agreement establishes a framework for developing institutional and business relations, facilitating the identification of shared interests and potential cooperation opportunities between the respective economic ecosystems.
Closer ties between business associations and investment promotion organizations are particularly important in creating communication channels, sharing knowledge, and identifying partners for future initiatives.
On the same day, the delegation attended a dinner hosted by China Construction Engineering (Macau) Company Limited, an associate member of OVIA, providing an additional opportunity for dialogue and institutional networking with representatives of the construction sector.
The event helped deepen the relationships established during the mission and reinforced the importance of building trusted partnerships as a foundation for future cooperation opportunities.
