On October 14, Ambassador António Martins da Cruz, President of OVIA, met in Paris with Alain Duffoux, President of the Syndicat National des Professionnels de l’Immobilier (SNPI), one of France’s leading professional real estate organizations, and President of the European Council of Real Estate Professions (CEPI).
The meeting explored opportunities for institutional cooperation between OVIA and these organizations, with the aim of promoting Oeiras among French and European business communities and investors.
SNPI organizes an annual international congress that brings together approximately 150 to 170 French real estate business leaders. Following the meeting, the possibility of hosting a future edition of the congress in Oeiras was discussed, subject to confirmation of the availability of the organizations involved.
Interest was also expressed in deepening cooperation between OVIA and CEPI, including the possibility of formalizing the relationship through a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU). In this context, an invitation for OVIA to participate in an initiative in Brussels was also discussed.
These potential partnerships could help raise Oeiras’s international profile and create new opportunities to connect with investors and professionals in the real estate sector.
