On May 11, OVIA and Invest Madeira formalized a cooperation protocol aimed at strengthening institutional collaboration in the promotion of investment, business internationalization, and economic development.
The signing of this agreement represents an important step in bringing together two of Portugal’s most dynamic economic ecosystems, creating opportunities for cooperation between companies, investors, institutions, and innovation entities based in Madeira and Oeiras.
The protocol provides for the sharing of strategic information, joint promotion of investment opportunities, identification of projects of common interest, and the development of initiatives to enhance the international competitiveness of the territories represented by both organizations.
Through this partnership, OVIA and Invest Madeira aim to create synergies in areas such as innovation, technology, digital economy, entrepreneurship, foreign investment attraction, and support for the international expansion of companies.
The signing of the protocol reinforces both institutions’ commitment to promoting greater coordination between different national economic development hubs, contributing to a stronger and more integrated image of Portugal among international investors.
