On February 12, OVIA held a follow-up meeting with Sonae Sierra, continuing the exploratory discussions initiated on January 13 regarding potential investment opportunities within the Oeiras Valley ecosystem.
The session was attended by OVIA’s Secretary-General, Tiago Sousa Dias, and Architect Luís Serpa, enabling a deeper strategic exchange building on the initial meeting. The discussion focused on clarifying urban planning frameworks, identifying areas with development potential, and conducting a preliminary assessment of investment models aligned with the territory’s sustainable growth strategy.
This second meeting marked a further step in consolidating institutional dialogue between the parties, reinforcing OVIA’s role as a qualified platform for engagement between the Municipality of Oeiras and national and international investors.
