On 15 January, OVIA held a meeting with representatives of an international financial and tax consultancy project operating in the Middle East, the company Rowanberries, within the framework of assessing the potential of Oeiras and the Oeiras Valley ecosystem as a platform for the establishment and growth of internationally oriented business projects.
The meeting was attended by OVIA’s Secretary-General, Tiago Sousa Dias, who presented the strategic framework of Oeiras Valley, as well as the conditions available in the municipality for attracting talent, investment, and qualified human capital.
This meeting enabled an initial exploratory discussion regarding the potential creation of a bridge between Portugal and the Middle East, based on the gradual establishment of teams in national territory, in line with OVIA’s vision of promoting Oeiras as a hub for innovative, international and high value-added projects.
The initiative forms part of OVIA’s ongoing efforts to promote dialogue with entrepreneurs and international companies, reinforcing Oeiras’ positioning as an open, competitive and well-prepared territory to host global projects.
