On 14 January, OVIA welcomed Ground UP Development Partners at its headquarters, within the framework of analysing potential investment opportunities associated with the territory of Oeiras.
The meeting was attended by the Chairman of OVIA’s Board, Ambassador António Martins da Cruz, as well as Architect Luís Serpa, former Municipal Director for Spatial Planning and Urban Development of the Municipality of Oeiras, who presented and provided strategic context for the opportunities available in the municipality.
This meeting enabled an exploratory and strategic discussion on Oeiras’ potential as an attractive territory for real estate investment and forms part of OVIA’s ongoing role in promoting institutional dialogue with qualified operators and enhancing the value of the Oeiras Valley ecosystem.
OVIA thus continues its work in attracting investment and strengthening Oeiras’ position as a reference municipality, grounded in a vision of balanced, qualified and long-term development.
